As many of us know, a tough part about being a Canadian sneakerhead is that we often get snubbed on hyped releases. The US gets every major release while we are sometimes left watching from the sidelines. It was looking like the release of the Jordan 1 Low “Chinese New Year” would be no different. But after a slight delay, it looks like Canada is getting them after all.
2024 is the Year of the Dragon and this Jordan 1 Low fits the theme perfectly. The sneaker features a white leather base with a faux green snake/dragon skin leather, a red Nike swoosh and red laces, gold accents on the heel tab and a satin lining.
The United States release date was on January 24, 2024. These are scheduled to be released in Canada on February 6, 2024 for a retail price of $210 CAD.
Currently Nike.ca is the only retailer confirmed to be getting these. Be sure to check back here as we will update if any more retailers confirm.
